Data Confirmation

If you haven't already, please complete your child's online data confirmation for the 2024-2025 school year by Friday, September 27, 2024.

If your student is returning to a Huntington Beach City School District (HBCSD) school, you already have an Aeries Parent Portal account. If this is your student's first year with HBCSD, you should have received instructions on how to log in to your new account. 

Login credentials:

• Username: Your email address

• Password: The same as last year

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen, and a reset link will be emailed to you. 

For the best experience, we recommend completing this process on a desktop or laptop computer, as mobile devices can be more challenging. If you need assistance or access to a computer, please contact your school's office.

School Funding Form

HBCSD is pleased to continue participating in California's Universal Meals Program for the 2024-2025 school year. The program provides free school meals to all students, regardless of family income.

We kindly ask for your assistance in maximizing the benefits and funding our schools receive from the State of California. Completing the School Funding Form (also known as the Meal Application Form) is crucial in ensuring our schools receive the full benefit of state and federal resources, including additional services that may directly benefit your family.

Only one form is needed per family, even if you have multiple children in our district. Please note your information is kept confidential and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
