Employee Absence and Substitute Tracking Program - AESOP

Huntington Beach City School District utilizes an automated calling system that allows classified and certificated staff to report an absence and arrange substitute coverage online from any computer location as well as over the telephone.  AESOP, the substitute calling system is available 24/7.  If you are new to the system the AESOP website provides instructional tutorials.  Once you log on, go to the Learning Center for your QuickStart Guide.

Maintenance & Operations, Food Services, and Transportation employee absences are reported directly to the department.
