Nutrition: Making healthy choices around food provides nutritious fuel for our bodies. Potential benefits include: reduced risk of heart disease and cancer, increased productivity, improved skin, increased energy, and improved mood and self-esteem.
Sleep: Our sleep is the best way to recharge our body and mind. Making time for a good night’s rest is a wise investment. Potential benefits include: improved memory, better focus, improved decision-making, reduced stress, increase in energy, and improved mood.
