Statement Of Assurance To Ensure Availability Of Textbooks And Instructional Materials For Fiscal Year 2021-2022

Notice is herby given that the Board of Trustees of the Huntington Beach City School District intends to conduct a Public Hearing on October 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to make a determination, through a resolution, as to whether each student in each school in the District has sufficient textbooks or instructional materials in each subject that are consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the State Board of Education, pursuant to Section 60119 of the California Education Code.

The Public Hearing shall be held in the District’s Board Room, located at 8750 Dorsett Drive, Huntington Beach, California.  Information on this matter may be obtained at the offices of the District located at 8750 Dorsett Drive, Huntington Beach, California, or by contacting the district at (714) 964-8888, extension 2031.
